Hi, I’m 5′3 and 200 pounds. I’ve recently been trying to eat healthy and work out in order to lose weight. I’ve heard water fasts can rid toxins from your body. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and had success? Also how much weight did you lose? Thanks!

I’m really bad at dieting but am going to the gym 3-4 times a week, I don’t want to give up chocolate (especially as wispa’s are back!) will I lose weight if I eat it in moderation and keep it up at the gym?

I just started to run on the treadmill for 20 mins, 5 days a week and eat soups that are low in salt (hearty beef,veggies,noodles) and eat mixed green salads/ceaser salads. Aswell as probiotic yogurt everyday and mixed fruits and lean chicken and salmon. How long before I see results? Will this even work?
Say person A runs a mile everyday for a month at 3pm in 90 degree weather with 90% humity.
Person B runs a mile everyday for a month at 11pm when it is 75 degrees with 30% humity.
Would person A lose MORE weight than person B? or would they lose the same? or what?
I just started last week with 30 mintues of interval training 5 x week on the treadmill. I do 12 intervals of running. I am watching my diet as well. Will I be able to lose weight?
