Just i’m on a diet losing weight and over 1 week I lost 11 pounds in weight but i’m bottoms keep on droping is that a good sign of weight lost I also go to gym and haven’t had anything whats bad for you

I find it more of a pain to diet. I really don;’t mind working out but i hate eating the food i’m eating. I eat tuna, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, etc

I hear/read about people who trash diets because they gain their weight back, but isn’t that logical? If a diet tells you to eat 2000 cal/day you WILL lose weight, if you go back on 5000 cal/day you will gain weight. Which part of that do people not understand?

I know you shouldn’t weigh yourself every day, but when I do it goes like this: number on scales stays the same for several days, then sudden drop of a couple of pounds, then stays the same again for days … and so on. Anyone else?
