Very intense workouts.  I just moved and was unable to workout for 6 months.  During the 6 months, I have not drank alcohol and ate fairly healthy.  I lost 5 lbs in the 6 months.  Now that I am working out again I noticed my upper body is very lean, and I am getting all muscle tone back.  Not used to seeing collarbone and sternum bones though.  Will weight loss eventually work its way south for the last 5 lbs?  Don&#8217;t want to lose anymore up top!  Not much left!</p>

You should be doing no more than 30minutes of brisk cardio 3-4x/week until your body adjust to the new demands you are placing on it. If you keep at 2hrs a day you are risking injury and burnout, additionally, your body only burns calories efficiently within a certain window of time, and if you aren&#8217;t used to a 2 hour workout, you are really only getting about 30 minutes of quality fat burning and the rest of the time you are doing harm to your body.<br />
If you are properly dieting and exercising you can expect to lose 2lbs/week of body fat for the first month (any more than that and you are probably losing water weight/muscle)</p>
