			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m 5&#8242;11 and 192 pounds and I work out 3 &#8211; 4 times a week and play lots of basketball and skateboard and swim at the beach a lot. But me and my friends used to sit around at night and eat un-healthy foods at like midnight like pizza and potato chips and sodas etc&#8230;.<br />
And soon I noticed I was getting a little chubby!  Mostly around chest,  mid-section and thighs&#8230;.<br />
So I just stopped eating at night about a week ago and now I want to know what are good foods to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner ???<br />
Now I am eating  2 eggs, toast, oranges and juice or cereal for breakfast.<br />
A turkey/ham sandwich for lunch with lettuce and VERY little mayo. or grilled chicken salad or something like that.<br />
Dinner I usually eat fish or chicken dishes. Never fried always boiled baked or grilled.<br />
But still I weigh the same!<br />
I stopped drinking sodas, only water and tea now.<br />
If I eat at night its maybe a few crackers or apples and oranges..<br />
Am I doing something wrong? I think I get plenty of exercise and eat pretty good but I haven&#8217;t even lost .1 of a pound!<br />
Any help would be appreciated thankssssssssss</p>

I get out of breath very easily and also get tired quickly. I have the motivation but everything I have done hasn&#8217;t seemed to work for me. I want to get rid of 7LBS to 10LBS at the most, because I don&#8217;t want to get rid of too much fat, otherwise I&#8217;d have none(fat is kinda essential). I watch/do exercises/workouts that you see on youtube for muscluar enhancement for about 10 to 20 minutes a day(its been easier since I first started). I also cycle about 10MPH(at the most) on the local urban trail, which spans for 34MI, but I only go approximately 7MI(rounded off, its a bit more than that) both ways, which makes it around 14MI to 15MI&#8230; I go about 10MPH, but then I slow down a bit from time to time to keep my breath steady and relax my legs, so I go 5MPH, then I speed up again. I&#8217;m drinking more water and watching the calories I eat and burn. I eat about 2,000 to 3,000 Calories a day. I&#8217;ve given up southern Fried chicken, and a few other vices out there. I&#8217;ve never cared tooo much for deserts, so I don&#8217;t usually eat those. I don&#8217;t eat fatty meats like pork, because I just don&#8217;t like them. I sleep for about 10 hours at the most, otherwise its 8 or 9 hours.<br />
I need to know&#8230; if I keep this up for a few weeks, or even a month, will this burn the weight that I need to get rid of to replace with muscle? I want to burn 2 to 3 pounds a week and get to about 120LBS and keep working on my muscles(abs, biceps, etc.)<br />
I can also use some extra tips, tricks, hints, etc.<br />
Thanks guys(and gals)&#8230; I can really use this advice(and encouragement)<br />
PS. I know that 127 is a good amount of weight for a guy my age and height, I just need to get rid of the fat and uncover/replace it with muscle</p>
