I lift weights and run 5 miles a day and am able to steadily gain weight despite the running, but I’m worried that I’ll lose weight if I join the cross country team. How can I avoid this?

I’m 18 yrs. old, 5′1 and 165 pnds. Im trying to lose about 40-50 pounds to reach my ideal weight for my height. I was wondering if i could achieve this by just eating right and running and jogging the whole time?

eating 5 or 6small meals keeps you blood sugar level stabalized.
if a person skips meals whether they are on a diet or not their bloodsugar levels will drop and it often leads to bingeing.
