Does it lose weight across the whole body or just tone up the legs?
I’m dieting and plan on running at least 3 or 4 times a week for an hour each time but dont know if it will help me lose weight where i need to… (the gut area)

i weigh 138 pounds and i want to lose around 20 pounds..
im also on a diet so im not consuming too much of sweets or anything..
How much will i lose by the end of feb??

I just started to run on the treadmill for 20 mins, 5 days a week and eat soups that are low in salt (hearty beef,veggies,noodles) and eat mixed green salads/ceaser salads. Aswell as probiotic yogurt everyday and mixed fruits and lean chicken and salmon. How long before I see results? Will this even work?

Say person A runs a mile everyday for a month at 3pm in 90 degree weather with 90% humity.
Person B runs a mile everyday for a month at 11pm when it is 75 degrees with 30% humity.
Would person A lose MORE weight than person B? or would they lose the same? or what?

I just started last week with 30 mintues of interval training 5 x week on the treadmill. I do 12 intervals of running. I am watching my diet as well. Will I be able to lose weight?

I am running about 2 miles per day with the intent of losing weight. I put on a sweatshirt to sweat more–does this actually help, or would I lose the same amount of weight just wearing a t-shirt, and in theory, sweating less. Thanks

I am going to Jamaica in 5 days.
In the past 1 1/2 months i have lost about 15 pounds
In the last 5 days i am ready to work extra hard and do whatever just to get in even better shape.

I know to be in the army, navy, etc.. You have to meet a certain weight requirement.. And i notice the ppl that are over weight, they put them on special diet lose weight quickly.. Does anyone know what they do?
