Also does running help lose weight in the tummy area and thigh area. I need advice. currently 5′5, 156 pounds age 27.. Had a baby a year ago and trying to get by into shape.

I am running about 2 miles per day with the intent of losing weight. I put on a sweatshirt to sweat more–does this actually help, or would I lose the same amount of weight just wearing a t-shirt, and in theory, sweating less. Thanks

i have stretch marks on my abdomen, inner and lower thighs and breasts. i was wonderin if dieting and excercising would help reduce them as i heard that they will tihgten the skin and make them less visible, or would i need to do something else along with that as well?
