In the gym i also do various weight things (hah) with my legs, stomach arms and back muscles etc. also cross trainer and stepper thing. oh a bike sometimes. is this the correct way to be loosing weight?

Im not really sure whats good to eat and bad to eat, like good carbs and bad carbs and all that. what i need is a diet for every day or week or whatever. ill eat just about anything, but i am vegatarian. i rarely drink anything other than water, too.

Breakfast: Porridge with blackberries and 1tsp honey
Snack: Carrot sticks with low fat soft cheese
Lunch: A tuna, tomato and cucumber sandwich (brown bread)
Dinner: Roast chicken with spinach, cauliflower/broccoli and brown basmati rice.
Dessert: Small orange
Any tips for improvement and how to make myself feel full for longer?
