In the gym i also do various weight things (hah) with my legs, stomach arms and back muscles etc. also cross trainer and stepper thing. oh a bike sometimes. is this the correct way to be loosing weight?
Also have a healthy diet, don’t worry

I just started to run on the treadmill for 20 mins, 5 days a week and eat soups that are low in salt (hearty beef,veggies,noodles) and eat mixed green salads/ceaser salads. Aswell as probiotic yogurt everyday and mixed fruits and lean chicken and salmon. How long before I see results? Will this even work?
I just started last week with 30 mintues of interval training 5 x week on the treadmill. I do 12 intervals of running. I am watching my diet as well. Will I be able to lose weight?
