I Need To Stop Losing Weight?
I was out of shape and needed to lose weight…well I lost it and now I am 95 lbs at 5′1….I’m happy with how I look but I can’t seem to eat more and I’m still losing weight. I think I have become obsessed with dieting/losing weight and I love the seeing the numbers go down…problem is I know it’s not healthy to keep losing. Any advice to overcome this? Please don’t tell me to just eat more, it’s not that simple.
Try changing your focus, look for something performance based you would like to accomplish and turn your energy towards that, something like doing well in a sport you like, running a marathon or triathalon. This tactic may help you eat more to help your performance while keeping you looking good.
Although be careful as you may need to seek some help regarding your obsessive eating.

You probably have a high metabolism from all the lean muscle you are carrying. The secret is, sadly, to eat more.
This can be done easily enough, though. Add powdered milk to drinks, eat more protein and fat (ie, fatty luncheon meats, full cream milk drinks, soft cheeses, and alcohol all have extra calories and are easy to add to the diet.) You could also try eating an avocado a day, and plenty of bananas and grapes. These are all high energy fruits that you can eat instead of low energy fruits you may be used to.
The only other suggestion I have is to maybe lose some lean muscle. Stop exercising as hard. This will lower your metabolism and make you use less kilojoules to keep your body going. Eventually, you should reach a happy medium weight.
well, i would try to get help or get a nutritionist. a nutritionist could balance out for you a healthy diet.
