Hi, I’ve been on a diet too and hit plateaus. I know it sounds weird but try eating a bit more maybe 1200 caloriesday (as your diet is very low calorie) and up your exercise. The weight will start coming off again. I was on a 1200 calorie diet and hit a plateau, I upped my calories to 1500 and did some extra exercise and the weight started coming off again.
I know it sounds weird but give it a go, it worked for me.

Weight loss is a complex issue as there are no fixed rules. Dieting and weight loss do not go hand in hand as in the first week you will experience weight loss after which nothing happens. When you are on a low fat or low carb diet, you are starving your body of essential nutrients and the body reacts by going into starvation mode and starts to store more fat even though you are eating less. This is why so many people get discouraged when the weight loss is not continuous.
What will happen is that if you continue on a diet the wait will stabilise and then will slowly be regained as the body increases its fat reserve.

800 calories is not enough for that long.
Up the calories at least to 1000, add lots of vegetables.
Try some completely different exercises – your body might just be getting too used to what you have been doing.
    Good luck

Hmmm maybe you could try a more varied diet now (although your diet is already rather varied i think) just a suggestion.

Who knows from the information you gave. What are you eating, how much, what time of day, how much water, how much exercise, your age, what is your weight now, body fat ratio, etc., etc.?
Your body could actually be storing fat due to your low calorie intake. My suggestion to you is to change up your food and your exercise. Our bodies adapt easily to the same thing and once adapted, change stops. You need to shake it up and a plateau of 10 days actually isn’t too long. Make sure you are drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep. You need both to keep losing. Good luck.
