I’ve heard that it can cause some problems, yes. I’d be careful when using that stuff. Is it really necessary? There are lots of other ways to lose weight. Alli has side effects, try it when you don’t have to be anywhere for a few days to see if you’re affected by any of them. You wouldn’t want to lose control of yourself in public, and it is a side-effect. Or so I’ve heard.
The website says that you can poop without knowing it – but only if you eat more than 15g of fat per meal – and it’s not like a whole poop. It’s like a really wet fart. Sorry, I couldn’t really sugar coat this one….it had to be said like this. I take Alli and haven’t had that problem, but I’m really careful about not eating more than 15g of fat in a meal!!! I think it scares me into really watching what I eat ….
