You may want to check with your doctor. Yo-yo dieting for years on end can mess up your endrocrine system and lead to metabolism problems. This might be why you can’t lose anymore.

Pills and diets don’t work and are bad for you. Look into a lifestyle change and do your homework into nutation. Find out what you can take or not and exercise more. And most of all enjoy it.

First question is why do you want to lose weight? Vanity or does your doctor say you need to? If its just vanity then I recommend not doing it as people have natural body types (called somatotypes) and fighting your genetics is really a waste of time unless you are FANITICALLY committed.
If it is for true health reasons, then a combination of proper nutrition, proper cardiovascular work and proper weight lifting is your answer. I would say it comes down to 70% nutrition, 15% cardio and 15% resistance training. Try 6 small meals a day, high protein moderate carb and moderate fat. And for goodness sake, eat LOW GI CARBS!
Also, cut out the diet pills; they are just a crutch at this point. Get the other things in check first and then move on to supplements. Your body will thank you later.
