Work out at the gym for extended periods of time. If you have only lost that little amount of weight in that much time, there IS a flaw in your diet, talk to an expert about this who can easily fix a diet to suit you. drinks alot of water too (like a gallon). seriosuly consider going to an expert to help you with your diet.</description>

		<description>well 75% of your weight is what you eat. 25% is excercise. you could also be gaining muscle mass and still losing weight. just watch you eat carfully. but dont starve yourself. you need food to lose the weight and keep it off. make sure your portions are right. and try not to overeat. it doesnt happen as soon as you want it to. it takes time. but you can do it.</description>
