well 75% of your weight is what you eat. 25% is excercise. you could also be gaining muscle mass and still losing weight. just watch you eat carfully. but dont starve yourself. you need food to lose the weight and keep it off. make sure your portions are right. and try not to overeat. it doesnt happen as soon as you want it to. it takes time. but you can do it.

I am currently doing Dr. Ian Extreme Fat Smash book, I have lost 6lbs so far, it is a regimated 3 week plan but it helps get your body in weight loss mode also it has variances for different body types. Also make sure you are eating breakfast and eating every 2 to 3 hrs helps with losing weight too.. don’t give up sometimes our body gets stuck at a weight but there are ways to shock your body and these suggestions might help!!

start running, or doing a sport that you like, or a physical hobby like biking or swimming. Walking doesnt burn near as much as those do. Work out at the gym for extended periods of time. If you have only lost that little amount of weight in that much time, there IS a flaw in your diet, talk to an expert about this who can easily fix a diet to suit you. drinks alot of water too (like a gallon). seriosuly consider going to an expert to help you with your diet.

Music can be a really good motivator. When I listen to music geared toward weight loss, then I’m constantly reminded of my weight loss goal, and it helps me fight my temptation for that extra cookie. I personally like SkinnySongs. Hope this helps! http://www.skinnysongs.com
