Only thing that works is excercise and a good diet. You can even skip the diet and just excercise and still see results. Excercise really isnt that difficult and doesnt take too long. Just give it a shot.

not that i know of but if there is. you need to let me know. I LOVE INDIAN FOOD. Its healthy but i am sure its high in calories with all the graviy dishes like korma or tikka-masala. Tandoori chicken would be a bad choice seeing how its just flash baked in the Tandoor. Whole wheat naan maybe? I like cooking but i am not too familar with the culture and few things I can make that are Indian are high in calories.
You can do GM diet to lose the weight and that is very useful to lose the wait.Search GM diet on google you will get the document for that.That is one week program and you will loose around 5kg weight.
I suggest you to drink carrot juice because it is definitely very healthy and it is low in calories.
