    Only thing that works is excercise and a good diet. You can even skip the diet and just excercise and still see results. Excercise really isnt that difficult and doesnt take too long. Just give it a shot.

    The Best way to loose ur weight and to keep urself fit for the whole day is to do PRANAYAMS everyday for an hour.Just do it for 10days and u will feel the difference.If u dont know how to do it just watch AASTHA Channel in the morning fm 6 to 8 and u will surely learn the art of living each day.

    not that i know of but if there is. you need to let me know. I LOVE INDIAN FOOD. Its healthy but i am sure its high in calories with all the graviy dishes like korma or tikka-masala. Tandoori chicken would be a bad choice seeing how its just flash baked in the Tandoor. Whole wheat naan maybe? I like cooking but i am not too familar with the culture and few things I can make that are Indian are high in calories.
