I am 5′ 6 and weigh close to 450 pounds, but i recently lost ten pounds very quickly ( in under three months) and last night I got heartburn so I threw up a little of my McDonald’s dinner ( only one big mac and medium fries, one big gulp coca cola)

I run 2 or 3 times a week, on an off. I normally do about 1 hour’s run, which is about 5 miles. But I’d like to lose some weight over the next 4 weeks. Would increasing my run to 6 times a week help?
And how much weight can I lose in 4 weeks?

Need to lose weight! After I hit age 30, I can’t seem to lose weight. I have changed the way I eat, have gone walking and running and I don’t seem to being losing anything. Need helpful advice. I don’t want to do any crash diets or pills. Please help!
