hiez…!!
I’m Planning on losing weight before my next year of school…Some Of the girls is my school lost a lot of weight by quiting Junk Food…But Thats more than just candy and sweets right?…What foods are considered junk food that i should stay away from to lose weight?..Right Now I Drink Herbal Tea In the Morning to Curb my Appetite..Anyother Idea I had was to Just Eat Salads and Vege’s for Lunch..But I’m Getting Sick of that…Then For Dinner Lately I’ve Been having regular dinner foods…I Also Eat Lean Cuisines for lunch Every now and Then..They Are Good and They Help You Lose Weight. So Like I asked…Do You Know of any good weight loss pills to lose weight… i have heared and saw many advertisements about Hoodia Gordonii Cactus Diet plant that lose upto 32 poundz in 4month so will you plz guide me what should i have to order for best and fast results Hoodia Gordonii pills or Hoodia GOrdonii plus for weight loss?

    To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
    As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight… not that you “should be X pounds”, but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that
    That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more.
    Hoodia Gordonii is just an apetite suppressant, nothing more. If you eat when you’re not hungry, it won’t really help you.

    Since you are young, it’s best for you to NOT use diet pills. If you do, you will likely have more weight problems as you get older.
    Junk food=candy bars, cakes, sodas, etc.
    No fast food!
    Exercise at least 45-60 minutes a day / 4-5 times a week.
    Salads are good to eat if you use fat free dressing.
    The key to losing weight and keeping it off is eating a healthy diet and exercising. If you are having questions on what you need to eat, check with someone at your school, such as a dietitian, I’m sure they would help you.

    Pills are bad. Even if you find one that works, it only works while you are using it.
    The best way to loose weight is to eat! Your body slows your metabolism when you don’t eat, it is not sure when it will have food next, so it will store it. Eat five to six small meals a day and have protein with all meals. Hard boiled eggs for breakfast is cheap and fast (do it the night before) or a Carnation instant breakfast has protein, lunch tuna (light on the mayo), on your salad or in an avocado, and fruit and and a piece of cheese for a snack. Other snacks are yogurt, nuts, or a snack bar. Dinner just have a piece of meat with some veggies, maybe sneak in a little potato here and there. Allow yourself a couple of treats per week, a can of soda, a small piece of cake, chips.
    Exercise at least 30 min 4x per week. Even if your just in your room doing jumping jacks, squats, push-ups ect, while watching tv.

    These numbers vary on a person’s size and daily activity but on the average men burn 2200 calories a day and women burn 1700 calories a day. That means that you need to keep the calories below those marks or you will gain weight. If you are able to lose 3500 calories in a seven day period then that will lose you one pound of fat. There are a few ways to do this. One way is to eat less and make sure it is easy to digest foods, like vegetables, lettuce, chicken, fish, etc.. The other way is to workout. I suggest this route because you have a much more fun lifestyle and look better. Working out tones and tightens your muscles as well as burns calories. The easiest way to lose weight is to buy a road bike (ten speed) and ride at least an hour a day. The typical 1 hour ride will burn between 800-900 calories. When you get better it makes good sense to ride two to three hours 3 to 4 times a week. You can do the math on the calorie lose. You can lose weight quickly, safely and it’s better for your heart nd lungs as well. Good Luck!!!

    losing weight does not only focus on your diet. Your diet will stop you from gaining weight but will not lose enough weight to show a change. The best thing you can do right now is keep your diet and run almost every day. Run from 1/2 mile to 1 mile every morning before you have breakfast. That will result in your body using the fat for energy instead of the food that you just ate. Then you can eat anything that is not high in calories, sugar, or carbohydrates. I reccomend nutrigrain bars or any kind of granola bar.

    well you can exersise too. and eat healthy foods at the same time also.
