Is There Anything That Would Prevent Me Losing Weight While Running 4 Miles And Eating Right?
Really tryin to get past this platue after losing nearly 50 lbs. Going to run 4 miles 5 times a week. Dont know how many calories to eat really so im going to aim for 1800. Is there a way that i wouldnt lose weight doing this? Is this too little calories? Or too much? 5′11, 199 lbs. Thanks i appreciate all answers.
You will have fat becoming muscle so don’t freak if you don’t lose at first and pay attention to your inches lost. My daughter is 5′4″ and 121 and hasn’t changed from x-country at school (4-10 miles a day) plus soccer on 3 nights a week. But she looks amazing! Shes lost so many inches and is in great shape. Make sure you get enough carbs to sustain you for the running and pay attention to bad sugars and carbs. Mucho veges too! Good Luck!
