The best way to lose weight is to cut down on portions and foods.
-eat lots of veggies and fruits
-drink a lot of water
-no sodas (if you do then drink ONE at meal time or just on the one day you splurge)
-no fried foods
-eat whole wheat breads instead of white(this goes for pastas as well try not to eat pastas if you do then try the whole wheat ones)
-drink low-fat or soy milk instead of whole.
-exercise or walk at least 1-2 miles a day
-If your not a vegan, eat more fish and chicken then red meat.
I made all those changes and I did lose weight not only that but your skin will feel better. Plain n simple ~ no pill is gonna work. Cut out junk food , processed foods(breads pastas, crakers, etc..) You can get your carbs by eating all natural foods.
