I Need To Lose 15 Pounds In 5 Days For A Military Physical. What Can I Do?

I am taking my Air Force Physical next Tuesday, and I am currently 214 pounds. I need to drop down to 199 pounds by next monday. I do not need to keep the weight off, I just need to be that much when I get weighed at the physical. What can I do to lose excess weight in 5 days? I will do anything, as long as i dont need to buy supplements.

    thats three pounds a day man, that means your gonna have to burn 10500 calories a day and not take anymore in, which means your gonna have to travel a distance of 105 miles a day and not eat at all, your kinda screwed, sorry

    try the atkins diet. but make sure you read up on it first you loose weight really fast cutting out carbs and sugars.
