How Much Weight Can I Lose Running Daily In 4 Weeks?

I run 2 or 3 times a week, on an off. I normally do about 1 hour’s run, which is about 5 miles. But I’d like to lose some weight over the next 4 weeks. Would increasing my run to 6 times a week help?

Depends on what you eat. You need to combine excercise with a diet low in calories.

Increasing to six times a week is too much really – you need to give your body time to recover.
Your diet is important too – running alone is no good if you’re fuelling your body with crap. If you increase your running without increasing your calorie intake you’ll lose weight, but you need to find a healthy balance.

    Hi,
I’ve tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It’s all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn’t exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills… . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they’re running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I’m going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Straight answer? good diet etc, 12-16 pounds.
Watch you dont pick up shin splints, stress fracture or tendonitis, thats a sharp increase in milage, make the additional runs easy, sub 140 bpm heart rate stuff. (as i suppose you`re relatively fit cardio wise if you can run for an hour)

it depends on many factors.. your health, metabolism your diet…
if you eat a well balanced diet and watch those calories you could lose up to 1 pound ever time you run.
    that’s average…
it differs as i say depending on your over all condition and lifestyle habits.
http://www.mypryamid.gov has the food pyramid and it’s adjustable.. they also have independent pyramids to suit your lifestyle and habits.
also drink that water and try to stay away from the processed foods.
inert materials are harder to rid from the system.
fresh produce is best, it burns fast and doesn’t leave toxins and other elements in the body which can cause issues in the long term use.
