Why do you want to starve yourself for 5 days?
If you do that, the weight will just come back when you resart eating.
Dring lots of water and eat only food with zero carbs for a few weeks then pick only food that is low in carbs.
I’m just repeating what i’ve heard. I don’t think anyone has the exact answer that works for everyone. Not yet anywaz
    GOod luck

You cannot lose more than about four pounds and the answer depends greatly on your metabolism and amount of exercise. And it will be water weight and will return quickly once you start eating again, like in about three weeks.

that depends on your environment- if you are out in the heat you would sweat off more water and therefore lose more wieght-but quickly gain it back (you should only try to lose 1-2 lbs a week though)

a starvation diet is not going to do anything but make you fatter though. Your going to be slowing your metabolism down extremely, your body goes into a catabolic state burning muscle fiber instead of fat for energy, and your body produces more cortosol a fat storing hormone. Basically you can do some math here and for every lb you loose X add it back to the total Y and multiply that X by 3 at least before your body balances back out making it a Y+X3.

You are better off exercising if you want a quick fix to losing weight. I started walking for two hours a day through the ravine by my home. The ground is uneven and very hilly. And in the last two weeks, I went down 2 dress sizes. And I feel great and so motivated to continue.
There is no way you can exercise with so few calories in your body. And not eating and drinking can make you really sick. Now would you rather choose the healthy or unhealthy way?

I agree with the 4 pounds, but am wondering why you are doing such a nutty thing. Are you a guy who should weigh about180–190, or a woman who needs to be closer to 120? If you only need to lose 20 pounds, then wacky diets probably won’t do any grave damage, but please find something more sensible, if you need to lose more than 20.
