Is It Possible To Lose Weight Without Dieting, And Only Cardio?

i was wondeing if it was possible to lose weight without dieting, but still doing cario like running, ect. I always read that you need both diet and exercise but is only cardio enough?

    Yes.
    But when you do cardio you will be more hungry than before and eat enough food to balance it out.
    So you should be sure to not eat anymore calories than you normally do.

    you can lose wait without dieting, because i run alot and eat what i want. walking is good also

    yes but you have to have at least some diet food

    Yes, but only if you have gained weight from not exercising enough to start with.
    You can still not lose weight if you’re eating right and not getting enough exercise.

    My brother-n-law just started a new workout called Power 90X (P90X) and is losing weight like crazy. I’m not sure if it’s considered cardio to you, but it really seems to be working for him (and he’s getting great abs as a side benefit). Maybe you could try that.
