and by tired i don&#039;t mean you&#039;re breathing a little faster and your legs are tired.  some people stop because they think they are tired, but the truth is its just their mind telling them that they are tired so they stop when they can still run a couple more laps.
try to go until you really can&#039;t stand it anymore. and try to run that distance a couple of times until you feel like you can increase the distance. and don&#039;t increase it by too much... a little at a time. and remember to stretch after each run. and before if u want to.</description>
