Losing Weight Without Diet Pills, Or Having To Buy Products.?
I have a tredmill and an excersize bike, and a yoga mat. I’m 18 years old and weigh a WHOPPING 195 pounds (I’m 5′8 by the way). I’d really like to start the next school year feeling confident in myself. How can I flatten my stomach and look prettier.
My weight has always been an issue, and I’m tired of people commenting on it.

Well first off just stop thinking about what others say. You should always feel comfortable in your own body. If you really want to slim down i suggest watch what you eat and get on a 90 day work out plan of some sort. Running and cardio would be a good start and always remember if you want this never give up and push through. That way next school year you will be comfortable and confident in your body!
Remember to eat healthy- fruits, vegetables, lean meats, etc. Don’t eat any junk food, or sodas. But drink lots of water. You need to stay hydrated. If you feel hungry drink a bottle of water, if your still hungry after wards eat something. Eat smaller portions throughout the day to keep your metabolism up.
You need to exercise too. You can run. If you aren’t in good shape start with running small amounts, and build up as the weeks go by. If you hate running you can swim. Its great cardio. You can also think about weight training. Lifting weights builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat. You should add crunches, lunges, push ups, etc. to your workout. Use the exercise bike! And yoga mat. :] You should exercise for at least an hour a day. The treadmill and exercise bike can be your cardio. And you can you the yoga mat for strengthening, stretching, and toning. There are a lot of website that will teach you yoga. Or you can buy a DVD.

try eating around 1,300 calories a day (www.thedailyplate.com can help you with this) and then doing 15 minutes on the treadmill in the morning, 10 minutes on the bike in the afternoon and another 15 minutes on the treadmill at night.
you should loose a lot of weight in no time.
Get yourself some dumbbells or make them out of water bottles and try the Fat X workouts.

Last week, I was 5′8 and 160. Now I’m 153 just by doing what I’m about to tell you, seriously. But, if you go off this and eat like a madman it will kill your stomach because that’s what i just did. So only get off this the way I’m going to tell you. Also, I can’t manage to do this as long as some people. I’ve been going 2-3 days and eating again, and still losing weight. But here’s what to do.
I know people who have went on water fasts for up to 30 days and were very healthy afterwards and were fine the entire way through. People tell you that it slows down your metabolism, well yes. But what other reason do they give that it’s bad? When you get done doing it, the first couple of days only drink juice, water, and soup. Then move to whole foods. I’ve heard of people losing 20 pounds in 14 days and they were exactly my height and weight(which is still in the healthy weight range). But you have to drink purified water everyday and at least 6 glasses of it. You will not become anorexic as some people will say, as long as you stop before you get too skinny.
