Faster And Better Way To Lose Weight…running Or Ddr?

What is a better exercise that will make me lose weight more quickly…
either running 2 miles everyday (since 2 is the most i can do right now)
OR
doing DDR for 30 minutes on Standard x2 everyday.
please help! thanks
