First off the first person who wrote was obviously joking or an idioit.
Lose weight you gotta burn more calories than you gain. Take your weight in pounds and multiply by 11 and thats about how many calories your body will burn just by being alive with normal walking and ****.
    Simple as that
    Some tips
*Drink more water. Boosts metabolism to help you lose weight by doing nothing
*eat smaller meals. Helps digestion and metabolism
    *Just walk a bit
    * If you a guy lift a bit of weights. The more muscle you have the more your body burns by doing absoloutly nothing. Thats how guys like ronnie coleman can eat around 5000 calories a day and still have abs. THERE MUSCLES NEED FOOD
    Eat healthier foods
    *No pop
    No carbs after 3.

I hear you loud and clear. I faced a similar problem when beginning a fitness program at middle age–my joints simply wouldn’t take me running day-in-out everyday. Something had to change, though, as I was becoming fatter every year.
Two years ago, I posted asking for someone to give me their best diet tip and someone kindly wrote that they recommended a website called SparkPeople. I had never heard of it, but being curious I located the site and signed up. As promised, everything is free and to this day, I still am amazed at how much help this website has provided. It would take an hour to tell you all that is there for the taking. I found out I was overeating and under-exercising, and that started a journey that the website actually made fun!
The website provides free easy-to-use tools all dedicated to improving your fitness and health. I especially like the videos.
It would take 30 minutes to write you everything I have learned, and although I have lost my excess weight, I feel as if I have gained CONTROL over my life. If I ever gain a pound or two, or get off track in any way, there is never a panic, because all it takes is signing on, reading, researching, and connecting with others who have had the same issues. And it takes a little bit of WANT TO…want to change, want to DO IT right, want to BE BETTER, and then WANT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REALLY TRY!
Because others often compliment me, if it seems appropriate, I always recommend SparkPeople. Almost universally, after a person tries it, people say the same thing: ‘I can’t believe that [SparkPeople] is free.”
Being a person who celebrated Christmas today, I feel full of joy and only too happy to offer this advice to you, in hopes that this advice will be a gift to you or others who might read this.
Good luck and let me know what YOU think.

    Many ways.
Start by cutting out junky foods from your diet. Sodas should be the first to go, followed by junk foods and nutritionless sweets. Make every calorie you eat count, and give you something for your efforts.
Any activity that increases your heart rate to 65% or more of your maximum (220 minus your age in years) and keeps it there for 45 minutes, (do this up to five times a week), will help you lose weight. I can’t run fifty feet due to a damaged knee ligament; so I pedal a stationary bike and lift weights, instead.

Negative Calorie Foods

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained in the food.
