Are You Sure To Lose Weight By Running 1 Hour A Day And Cutting Your Calories To 1500?

Hi.
If I run about 1 hour a day, along with other things like pushups, situps and cutting my calorie count from 2000 to 1500 a day, will I lose weight?
I’m cutting out junk food and replacing it with fruits/veggies.
Will I lose weight, or at least replace fat with muscle?
(New to the diet thing; bear with me if this idea is horrible)

You’ll lose weight, as long as you stick to your plans. Remember to eat varieties of food, not just fruits and veggies unless you’re vegetarian. Don’t forget to stick to serving sizes, either.
Just remember that for every 3500 calories you eat, you gain a pound.
If you need help calculating how many calories you’re losing each day, I’ve linked some helpful websites.
    Good luck :)

yes.. but dont run everyday.. your body needs a chance to rest. thats what builds muscle.. also, its not so much eating less, but its more of what you eat and how much

Of course! You’re eating healthy and doing exercises :) you’ll do both of those things, gain muscle and lose weight.
