Why I Do Not Lose Weight When I Excercise 5-6 Days A Week?

I am 38 years old and 5′ 105 lbs. I used to 95 lbs. last year and after I have 2 surgery within this year make me gain weight. I work out 5-6 days a week. I do spinning 4 days+body pump and I do body step+pump and kickboxing. And I do burn 800 calories a day. Why I do not lose any pound? I eat cereal in the morning for lunch I have homemade big bowl of soup, or roast vegetable with pork chop or chicken, or steam vegetable with chicken or shrimp. for dinner I have some hi fiber snack bar and cup of hot coco.

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.
    1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
    2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
    3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
    4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
    5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
    6) Then when do I want to take action?
Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
    Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners
If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class…
    - Healthy life every day!

As you are at a healthy weight, there’s no reason to lose weight to begin with and as everyone knows its harder for people to lose those last few pounds.
Likely you are eating too few calories for all the activity you are doing and your body is in starvation mode (this on top of your already being thin) the body is preserving fat. I suggest adding another small healthy meal. After your intense workouts you really need to have some type of snack with protein and fat in it. You might want to add more veggies and some fruit. I try and eat some veggies for all 3 of my daily meals just to give a little more balance.
If you just can’t feel happy at the weight you are, which is fabulous btw then try also to mix up your workout add something like yoga or Pilates something quite different from what you do now. If the classes are basically repeating the same moves and you’ve gotten very used to it, it may be time to try something new.
You are in great shape, not just for age, in general so be happy :-)
