I Have Been Exercising And Dieting And I’m Just Not Losing Weight. Any Suggestions?
I am 18 years old I’m 5″7 and 130 pounds…I consider myself about 15 pounds overweight and I’ve been exercising and dieting for the past 2 weeks and I haven’t lost a pound. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
Its not necessarily pounds that count, its inches. Are you feeling changes in the way your clothes fit? That’s where you see the biggest change. Muscle is much denser than fat, so if you’re working out and achieving muscle, you might not lose weight at the beginning. As long as you see it in your clothes, you know you’re making progress.
Drink a ton of water.
