    there are supplements that you can take but taking these alone will not make you lose weight. you need a combination of a good diet and exercise programme to see the benefits of wieght loss. if you require anymore info please get in touch

    If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
    in the food you eat should be less than the
    energy you use. You will have to increase your
    metabolic rate and plan your diet carefully.
    Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
    lose weight faster. More details available athttp://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

    I asked my doctor the same thing once. She was an obese woman. She said to me “If there was a diet pill that worked, I would be the first one to take them!”. I have reached the age where I know that there is none.
    It makes sense that you have to do the exact opposite of what made you gain weight in the first place. Think about it.

    if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food…Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
    1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
    2.) drink lots of water
    3.)exercise every day
    4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

    Hi,
    I’ve tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It’s all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn’t exercise).
    I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills… . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they’re running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I’m going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

    Diet pills are not always the answer. For most, once a person takes himself or herself off of it, he or she gains weight again.
    I would recommend diet and exercise as the most efficient and long-lasting weight loss.

    There are a few pills that work temporarily but long term use (30 days or more) can cause serious medical problems down the road. Find a natural and healthy weight loss plan. I know there are hundreds out there but ask questions and remember everyone is different so results vary. I am on a weight loss plan that is natural and healthy and I have had very good results. I’m 45 and getting my life and health back. Best of luck in reaching your hearts desire

    don’t be stupid. if you want to lose weight go to the gym-
    i lost 25kg from doing this
    diet pills dry out your body and basically give you diarrhoea, most could make you sick and even kill you
    if you want to be serious about losing weight you also need to be serious about the things that you are doing to achieve this

    Hey, it’s almost New Years. What a great time to make a resolution to lose weight! I wish you the best of luck in it.
    You really have to look at two areas of your life and adjust them to match your goals:
    * Diet
    * Exercise
    You simply can’t get around these two facts. You have to consume fewer calories than you burn each day to loose weight. So if you don’t change your diet, then you’ll have to exercise more. Frankly, it’s easier to adjust both things. Eat less, or eat smarter and exercise moderately. You don’t have to go overboard. A 20 minute walk around the block is exercise.
    Find someone who can share the goal with you. Another overweight friend who will walk with you. That helps a lot. You can encourage each other.

    None. Once you quit taking them, the weight comes back on again. And you can’t take these pills forever. Believe me, I know from experience. It took me 1 1/2 years but I lost 30 lbs. I did it by no snacking between meals and after supper. And I walk every day. You can do it too. I’m rooting for you!

    There are many but the one that helped me was not a medicine but fruit. Fruit gives a sense of being full and eat as much as you want. Its all about filling up that stomache of yours and filling not guilty about it. It worked for me and I continue to eat fruits all day as apart of my meals. I normally eat a ratio og 60% Fruit to 40% Others. Others include whatever I want !!!!! it balances nicely believe it or not. High sugar content foods should be avoided however.

Negative Calorie Foods

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained in the food.
