Push ups, eating healthy, crunches.
They are all a great way to loss weight FAST!
the easiest way to lose weight was what i did in the summer i went to play basketball for like 4 hours and went in to do situps and pushups burns calories and builds muscle mass. So you should try something like that just do something to sweat for an hour or 2 like run then do situps crunches and pushups start off with a little reps but a lot of sets then keep going and increase reps and sets as well.
