Lime Diet Only, Will I Lose Weight If I Fast For About 5 Days Then Only Drink Water With Lime?

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT IF I FAST FOR ABOUT 5 DAYS THEN ONLY DRINK WATER WITH LIME?

    thats called anorexia, you do NOT want to do that. You will lose weight but when you eat again you will gain it back and more.
    what you SHOULD do is:
    eat at least 1200 calories/day
    exercise for at least 30min/day, you can also include weight training to lose inches too.
    eat as much fruits and veggies as you like.
    i recommend:
    pineapple
    oranges
    strawberries
    blueberries
    raspberries
    grapefruit
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    asparagus
    broccolli
    carrots
    sweet potatoes
    zuchinni
    also whole wheat bread, make sure one of the first ingredients is whole grain or whole wheat 100%
    go with lean turkey or chicken breast
    and water/tea/green tea with honey
    this is a much healthier and efficient way to lose weight and keep it off (:

    TONS of weight and i mean TONS however because you screwed up your metabolism by doing that you’ll double back the amount gained when you start eating again…and i hope you plan on eating normal food again cuz after bout 1 week to 2 weeks of eating absolutly nothing you will utimatly…die…

    Yes, but you’ll gain it back as soon as you start eating again.
    A balanced diet and exercise is the healthier way to lose weight and keep it off.
