good that you have exercise planned
    a good diet….
always eat breakfast.. never skip it.. you have to fuel your body even when you think you want to loose weight.. it helps your body system work properly.
anyways.. eat plenty of lean protein.. nothing fried..
good lean meats with fat trimmed.. chicken breasts, fish.. etc..
try to broil, boil, grill, bake your foods..
try to eat less breads or starches, although some grains such as whole wheat bread.. baked potatoes without butter/sour cream, and corn without butter is good..
try to get many grains.. whole grain cereals, breads, etc
eat fresh fruits and vegetables.. fresh is always best.. next is steamed veggies, not cooked to the point where they are mush.
do not add butter to these..
on salads. use like canola or olive oil with vinegar or lemon juice
try to eat fresh fruit and not sugared juices.. (juice is fine in moderation and stick to un sweetened natural)
try to eat a rainbow of vegetables.. something from every color to get a full range of vitamins and minerals
drink loads of water.. cause our bodies are more percentage of water anyways and your metabolism wont work if you are walking about dehydrated
no soda pop.. this means even diet soda.. its actually proven to be worse than normal soda…
cut back on salt, anything sugary… and caffiene..
and eat smaller meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for snacks, eat like a piece of fruit.. or a palm full of raw almonds, or walnuts (they have good omega 3 minerals in them)
I love frozen seedless grapes for a snack.. its like a mini popcycle.. hahaha
    try this diet..
