Running…losing Weight?
If I run 1 hour a day, and do other exercises about 30 min. and only take in about 1000 cals. I am 5′5″ and weight 148 lbs. How much weight should I approx. lose???

you’d lose a lot of weight real fast…at least 3 pounds a week… maybe more at the beginning.Except you’ll be exhausted all the time, that’s a lot of running when you are only eating 1000 calories.
Try it out for awhile and raise your intake up by 200 calories if you are tired all the time. good luck!
