2hrs is a whole lota probably too much.. i suggest 1 day of running or other cardio(boxing, swimming jumping rope are also very good cardio exercises and ten minutes of jumping rope burns as much energy as running a mile) an hour and do an hour of weightlifting the next or a half hour of cardio and a half hour of weighting a day.take at least one day resta week.you dont want 2 make exercising a chore, so make it fun by mayb having sum1 join u or listen to music. try upbeat music tho b/c slow music may bring u down or make u sad. also watch wat u eat. if u eat healthy it will also give u more energy to exercise remember to portion rite and eat tons of fruits and vegetables. if a person ate wat they usually ate every day but ADDED a serving of carrots to there diet(no exercise) ppl lost up to 2 pounds and at the least one in a week.(i conducted this experiment personally.) dont avoid junk food tho just eat it sparingly b/c once u get off ur diet u may get on a junk food craze. dont drink any kind of soda or sugary drink. one drink i may suggest is enviga it is sugar free and 15 calories it is kinda of like soda but good 4 u and it tastes great! it also will assist u in losing weight. dont take diet pills either b/c ur body may become used to them so wen u stop u will gain back the weight . they may also hv really bad side effects. u could also join the 50 million challenge if ppl in ur city are participating or u could start a team. look it up at http://www.50millionpoundchallenge.com. i wish u luck on ur battle!

Firstly you can lose as much weight as you want in a short time period, however, you will gain it back. I am speaking from experience from someone who has been there done that with fad diets. There is the obvious liposuction, however, the recovery time is 3 – 6 months and it sounds as though that you’re in a rush to lose the weight for possibly an event with no downtime to spare. I am and have been on weight watchers for 2 years and lost 25 lbs. It was a slow and steady race, however, I haven’t gained the weight back ‘cause my diet has been stabilized and so was the weight loss from 0.5 – 1 lb/week.
Remember the weight gain didn’t happen overnight, it happened slowly over time, the same is with proper healthy weight loss, you can’t have/perform miracles over night.
These are some things that I do.
1. Drink lots of water as it kept me full longer.
2. Used an appetite suppressant like hoodie to make sure I don’t go over my daily calorie intake.
3. Did cardio and toning 3 – 4 times a week.
4. Made meal and recipe modifications as I cooked.
5. When I dined out, I made sure that I wasn’t shy about asking the kitchen to make modifications like dressing/sauce on the side, half portion ordered the kids meal etc.
6. Brushing teeth after every meal, the mint acts like an appetite suppressant and without the taste in your mouth, you can easily forget about the food.
7. Never drank diet cola, the aspartame actually made me crave food more for some reason.
8. At work I take a break before lunch and either take the stairs in the building or just general toning without weights. We have a gym at work so I do about 15 minutes of weights which not only gets my blood flowing but releases tension from a**hole customers.
9. Bought snacks in bulk (to save money) and properly measured what a cup or portion was and made individual baggies. There are some snacks on the market that are 100 calorie snacks, however, I find those to be too expensive than just buying in bulk and separating the portions yourself. Also by physically separating them yourself, you get an idea of what a portion is supposed to be and you learn to properly eye ball correct portions.

please pace yourself to much is as bad as not enough are not exercising
Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
