		<description>ok to be honest i&#039;m no expert but just from logic i&#039;m guessing that you will lose weight but i think eating better would help to so i don&#039;t mean a diet but just ur right amount of fruits and veggies and meat and so on so no junk food really and the other anwser is right that u will get mucles wich do weigh more then fat</description>

		<description>i am a runner. and if you start off running a mile and increase the time you run or add in different work outs. you can do jumping jacks or sit ups. i like to play wii fit personally. but you also you have to make sure to eat healthy. try eating 6 smalls meals a day instead of 3 large ones. :) have fun running :)</description>

		<description>Actually by running you increase your muscle mass which helps you burn fat faster... Instead of just running a mile a day for 2-3 wks up your mileage to maybe 2-3 miles every week to see better results.  Also do other things such as pushups and crunches to help lose weight.</description>
