you can run as much as you want and not see any results
you have to also watch your eating habits and how much you run
try changing your food choices and make it a habit to jog atleast a mile a day but in that mile take your time dont push yourself to hard
give it a week and when you step on that scale wooo you will have a smile on your face

yea you will loose weight, but i would agree with the other with the advice to keep running more than 3 weeks. but what you could do if you wanted to see more dramatic results, every week, you could add half a mile to the previous week’s mileage. you will build muscle and stamina. you will be able to hold your breath really long from ur strong lungs lol. but don’t run the mile 7 days a week, take a break on the weekends, you don’t want to hurt urself lol

Actually by running you increase your muscle mass which helps you burn fat faster… Instead of just running a mile a day for 2-3 wks up your mileage to maybe 2-3 miles every week to see better results. Also do other things such as pushups and crunches to help lose weight.

i am a runner. and if you start off running a mile and increase the time you run or add in different work outs. you can do jumping jacks or sit ups. i like to play wii fit personally. but you also you have to make sure to eat healthy. try eating 6 smalls meals a day instead of 3 large ones. have fun running

Yes, after only about 5 days you will start to. But you have to eat well too. And you should probably run longer than a few weeks.

you’ll lose weight, but mainly you will gain muscle.
mostly keep going for longer than that
Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
