Brisk walking- then you can move later to a power walk. Start of at 15 mins and work it up 15 mins every week- you may find you enjoy it. lv Jo xxgood luck babe.xx

Walking at least two or three miles non stop every other day is better than running. Walking is excellent cardiovascular exercise and won’t damage your back.
Before starting any exercise, check with your doctor first for a physical. When you exercise your heart beats faster. Make sure that your physical condition is fit first.

Running is better. It burns more calories and you get your heart pumping more. But kind of do a combination between walking, jogging, and running. And if you’re trying to lose weight then you also want to try to eat less and healthier things too.

Running burns calories and fat faster and more. So don’t over do it. Try running about a mile a day and you should be seeing results. But remember to stay hydrated and entertained. (ipod, mp3 etc…)

Both actually. Running you can do for a shorter length of time, but is high impact and very hard on the joints. Walking is easier on the joints, but takes longer. I lost 40 lbs. recently by walking. Started at 30 mins and worked up to 75 minutes 4-5 days per week.
Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
