like that...you will neva loose wait...but if you exercise and eat in proportions then u will DEFINITELY have a healthy body no doubt and it won&#039;t HURT...don&#039;t expect it to happen in days or a week though!</description>

Usually the upper part of the tummy starts losing fat first and in some time the lower part of the tummy also loses fat, which can be felt. Along with jogging it is necessary to do other ab exercises, push ups, pull-ups, weight training etc, to lose weight quickly.</description>
