Losing Weight With Running?

i want to lose weight in my stomach and i have muscle in my calves and thighs but want to lose the little fat in them is running a good way to do this? i want to lose a bit of weight in my butt too how should i ?

    Jogging for atleast 30 minutes a day would help in losing fat and trimming your abs. Usually the upper part of the tummy starts losing fat first and in some time the lower part of the tummy also loses fat, which can be felt. Along with jogging it is necessary to do other ab exercises, push ups, pull-ups, weight training etc, to lose weight quickly.

    yes running is good.
    if you keep this up, and eat healthy you should be losing the weight.

    You can’t loose it in a specific place. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Keep running and eating well and you will look good.

    HEY! i am in track! seems to work for me…? lol…
    as long as it is exercise but don’t go home saying “ohhh…i exercised so i can pig out now…”
    like that…you will neva loose wait…but if you exercise and eat in proportions then u will DEFINITELY have a healthy body no doubt and it won’t HURT…don’t expect it to happen in days or a week though!
