I’m Eating A Very Healthy Diet, And Losing Weight, But I Still Have A Wekness For Snacks. Is Popcorn Healthy?

I’m talking about plain or salted popcorn. Not buttered or toffee coated. Just plain popcorn.
Is it fattening?

Unbuttered, unsalted popcorn is one of the healthiest snacks there is. Plus it adds fiber to your diet. Congrats.

everything can be eating in small serving sizes while on a diet.
foods will be EXTRA fattening only if you eat a whole lot of it in a go and not work out. eat your popcorn in small portion sizes and the next time u work out you will burn it straight without storing it.
