What Is A Well Balanced Diet For Losing Weight?

I have been dieting, but I have not seen results. I’ve realized that I have not been getting enough calories, so I am going to start eating more. I need a good meal-to-meal list of how much and what I should consume. I am 17, 5′7′ and about 140 pounds. I do two 1 hour yoga classes a week and I have track and field practice 5 times a week( track exercise includes strength training and sprints). Your help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Generally the most recommended approach is to eat more frequent, smaller meals and to replace your “bad” carbs (sugary and starchy) with “good” carbs (more fiber) that are lower in glycemic index.
The diet plan in the link belows describes a diet where you use beans and green vegatables as your carb sources. Beans are good carbs that are filling and nutritious.http://hubpages.com/hub/Bean-Diet-The-Go…

Beer, 5 pound double stacked burgers with chili cheese fries, a milk shake with whip cream and chocolate syrup
