		<description>the more weight you loose the easier it will be for speed to increase. Build up slowly!!!! Don&#039;t over tax your body if you get to sore lay off it for a day or two. eat healthier lay off sodas, juices, coffee, junk food. Eat whole grain foods and lowfat products! Good luck! do not get in to much of a hurry these things take time!!!! Muscle is more dense than fat there for it weighs more. So the more muscle you build you may see fat loss decrease!</description>
