Do Those Weight Pills Actually Work?

OK, to make things clear I’m not fat, but I am constantly seeing these annoying commercials, that say when you take one of these pills you automatically lose weight. I just don’t understand that. Are any of those true? And if they are, wouldn’t everyone be skinny? Does anyone know about this?

Well most of them don’t work. I’m not fat, but I am trying to lose the rest of my baby weight to get back to my pregnancyy size. Most of the pills will tell you to use it along with good diet and exercise (which is going to help you lose weight anyways). I think that some diet pills just give you a little bit of help along the way. Some of them have appetite suppressants and caffeine. The caffeine is supposed to give you energy to do more (or at least make you fidgety) and the appetite suppressants just are there to help you from grazing throughout the day. I’ve had success with Relacore and I’m not starving all the time.

The formula for losing weight is not difficult – consume less and move more often – the problems surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are loads of stumbling blocks out there don’t you think?! The one diet that clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials remaining, it was featured in Fox News and CNN. I lost 30 pounds, it clearly does produce results!

Ofc they dont work. Most weight loss comercials r 90% BS. They r trying to mislead ppl into buying their useless crap. For example, exercise equipment like the ab lounge…
