What Is The Best Kind Of Work Out (along With A Proper Diet)for Losing Weight? Any Tips?

I go to the gym here and there, I walk to class sometimes, Im eating right. What are the best exercises for me to be doing for weight loss.

    Try this: pole sprints. . .run as fast as you can between telephone poles or lights, then walk between the next set of poles, then run the next set, and just alternate until you have nothing left!
    This will help you burn calories extremely fast. Also stay away from alcohol/beer since you said you are already eating right.
    A good protein powder to help maintain the muscle you have that has zero carbs and no sugar is Isopure, and my favorite fat burner is Tri-matrix, both are cheap at bodybuilding.com and dpsnutrition.com

    cardio is great fro fat loss, thats things like jogging, treadmill, cycling, elliptical….
