Best Diet For Losing Weight While Gaining Muscle?

I have a little bit extra on my belly, and I want to get rid of that. But, at the same time I want to build on other muscles like arms, chest, legs, etc. What is a good diet for me to do this?

    THE ABS DIET.
    Please that diet is PERFECT for what you want. I did it and I lost 15 pounds.
    It isn’t really a diet though, it’s more or less a lifestyle change. It not only makes you look good but it makes you feel GREAT.
    The book only costs about 15 bucks and you can pick it up from most bookstores. It’ll probably be the best book you’ve ever bought.
