The treadmill will work your lower body and tone your butt, legs and hips. Try to work up to 3.0 or 3.5 mph and do at least 30 min 4-5 times a week…more is good too! You should watch your calorie intake and if you want to tone your upper body as well, use hand weights while you are walking. In a month you should definately see results.

Sorry, the truth is the first few weeks you might lose some weight but overall, especially for thighs, you won’t get much in the way of results. Many have tried, I have yet to know anyone that has toned the thighs by running. It doesn’t work.
If you want results you must build and tone the muscle, as the muscle builds it will burn the fat from the thighs. Work on exercises that target the core, resistance training and squats may also be beneficial. Unfortunately, many thighs will not shrink much without lipo. Good luck….hopefully you will be a success.

That is so variable, depending on how you eat, how much water you drink, and how long a day you run. You should count your calorie intake for a few days to get an idea of how many calories you eat. Eat about 1500 to lose a good steady amount of weight. If it isnt fast enough go down to about 1200.
You should workout your legs with weights rather than use a treadmill if your only trying to shape that certain area. It will make them nice and strong and smooth rather than just having no fat, which would be extremely thin. Legs and the body is very shapable. You can make it look however you want.
Another thing that people may not realize is that you can’t lose weight on a specific part of the body. Your body takes small amounts from all pockets of fat.

ok well, on average you burn 100 caloires for every 10 minutes you run, so try gearing your diet to this,…..
if you spent an hour on the treadmill you could burn over 600 caloires in one go!

It all depends on a few things:
1) How long you run
2) Your body chemistry
3) What you eat

a month of running 30 minutes a day should tone your thighs – not as much as stair climber
you won’t lose weight by just running unless you watch what you eat
you will burn some calories which helps
you will build muscle mass which helps burn calories
but to lose, you really have to change what you eat

diet and exercise
burn off more than you put in.
depending how big your thighs are….like if your one of those people they need to air lift to hospital or knock a wall down to get you out of bed maybe 3 weeks, otherwise two days for the average flabby thighs

Eat more meats, especially fish, run on your treadmill atleast 30 mins a night, you’ll feel result in a few days and notice results in a week or so

tredmills and exercise bikes are your best choice for burning calories and losing weight, they burn the most calories because working out one’s legs requires the most energy. As for time frames, that depends on what your legs look like now and what you are aiming at…. But also try a brisk walk on the tredmill as opposed to jogging.. it will work better
Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
