		<description>Actually you have it sort of backwards.   Running or swimming or any other form of cardio can be done every day.  Resistance training should only be every other day ( 3 days a week).    You should be doing some things like leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses in weight training.  Full squats with weights are the best.</description>
